- Calls and chats: recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers and call details from AI receptionist conversations and sales calls.

3. Call recording and AI transcription
Calls answered by an AI receptionist, website voice chats and our sales calls may be recorded and transcribed by automated systems. Callers are told when a call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are used to handle the request, create summaries for the business, and improve quality.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or business needs. Cached public business data is refreshed or removed over time. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We use access controls, encryption in transit and restricted storage to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use only cookies and similar storage needed to run the site and keep signed-in sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.
